Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. Users who cannot legally enter a contract need permission from a parent or guardian.

Creators, not StudioLearn, are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their course content unless explicitly stated otherwise. Course descriptions, pricing, included materials, access conditions, and creator identity are shown before enrollment or purchase.

Access is personal, limited, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms. You may not share accounts, copy or redistribute protected materials, circumvent access controls, scrape the service, or interfere with its security.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant StudioLearn a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the service according to your settings.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, dangerous, malicious, or privacy-violating content. Do not impersonate others, manipulate reviews, spam users, or use StudioLearn to facilitate fraud.

Prices and applicable charges are displayed before checkout. Payments may be processed by Stripe and may be subject to its terms. Refunds are governed by the StudioLearn Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. Creator payouts may be delayed or adjusted for refunds, disputes, fraud, taxes, or legal requirements.

We may investigate content and activity, remove or restrict content, suspend features, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for security, law, payment risk, user safety, or enforcement of these Terms. Where appropriate, users may use available appeal tools or contact support.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Educational content is informational and does not replace qualified professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioLearn is provided without implied warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We encourage you to contact support@studiolearn.net first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable law and forum depend on the operator’s place of establishment and your mandatory consumer protections. These Terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified when required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, except where affirmative consent is legally required.
