Mobility is the ability to move a joint with control. Today you will create a calm baseline, not chase a dramatic stretch.
Stand near a wall or chair. Slowly turn your head, raise both arms, hinge at the hips, squat to a comfortable depth, and rotate your torso. Notice where movement feels easy and where it feels limited.
Rate overall stiffness from one to ten and write down one movement you want to improve. Repeat this same check on day fourteen.
Finish with five slow breaths while gently reaching the crown of the head upward and relaxing the shoulders. Stop any movement that causes sharp pain, numbness, or dizziness.
